Sometimes you need to create a sitemap from scratch β perhaps you're launching a new site, migrating content, or building a sitemap for pages that your CMS doesn't automatically include. If you already have your URLs in a spreadsheet, this tool makes it trivial to generate a properly formatted XML sitemap.
Start by organizing your data in a CSV file. The only required column is the URL (which must include https://). You can optionally add columns for Last Modified (in ISO 8601 format like 2025-01-15), Change Frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), and Priority (a number from 0.0 to 1.0).
Upload the CSV, review the validation results, and click Convert. The tool generates a standards-compliant XML sitemap that you can download and submit to Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, or place in your site's root directory.
Prepare a CSV file with columns for URL, Last Modified, Change Frequency, and Priority (only URL is required). Upload it to this tool and click Convert to generate a properly formatted XML sitemap.
The first row should be headers. The URL column is required; the other columns (Last Modified, Change Frequency, Priority) are optional. URLs must include the protocol (https://).
Yes. Export your Google Sheet as a CSV file (File β Download β CSV) and upload it directly. Make sure the first column contains your URLs.
No. The tool validates each URL and skips any that are malformed. It shows you a count and list of errors so you can fix them in your source file.
